​I’m Tammy Flynn, Global Advocacy Leader and the host of the On-Air Advocate 
​I’ve been a caregiver and advocate for over 23 years for my son who has unique abilities and complex medical challenges; as well two of my elderly loved ones. I have been in the professional space of beauty and wellness for almost three decades, a licensed master nail technician specializing in medical pedicures and foot care for over two decades; a salon/spa owner, worked in the medical field in a hospital setting; and have worked with children, young adults and their families in the school system. I can empathize what it's like to be in your shoes. 
My life has many layers, with the family dynamics of being a single parent raising 4 children and navigating my own entrepreneurial journey. I know how to service others with understanding, empathy and encouragement while giving tools, strategies, and support so you can be the best advocate for yourself and/or your loved one.
